TERMS AND CONDITIONS

STANDARD HALL HIRE FEES

HIRE PURPOSE                                          COST

1                 NON PROFIT COMMUNITY ORGANISATION

ACTIVITIES – EG PLAYGROUPS                       $5.00 PER HOUR

MEETINGS                                                  $5.00 PER HOUR

2                 NON COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS

ACTIVITIES – EG AEROBICS                             $10.00 PER HOUR

MEETINGS                                                    $ 7.50  PER HOUR

3                 FUNCTIONS / PARTIES     $250.00

BOND                                                           $500.00

KEY BOND FOR PERMANENT USERS                     $50.00

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE OF HALL 

APPLICATION / BOOKINGS

·         All applications must be on the official application form.

·         All applicants must be 18 years of age or over.

·         Coolbinia west Perth Amateur Football and Sporting Club reserves the right to give fourteen days written notice to cancel any booking for club business or due to unforseen circumstances.

CHARGES

·         All functions booked will be paid for at time of application

·         Costs of hire and bonds are in accordance with the current schedule

·         Provision of booking can be held for 5 working days. A deposit will be required for any provisional booking to be held for a longer period of time.

 

CASUAL USERS

·         Cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

·         The hirer may make an application for a transfer to another date without forfeit depending on circumstances and the availability of the room.

 

PERMANENT USERS

·         Notice of permanent termination of booking / activities is required in writing, 30 days prior to termination date

·         For one-off cancellations, Fourteen (14) working days written notice is required. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will still be charged the full rental.

 

PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS

·            Permanent users

Accounts will be sent out prior to the month / quarter / term and you are required to pay this account in advance of the booking. A late fee will be charged if the payment is not received by the due date.

·            Casual users

A deposit must be paid within two weeks of the booking being made final and the final balance must be paid at least seven days prior to the function.

Under no circumstances would access to the room be granted if payment is not received prior to the booking date.

Method of payment are cash or cheque only. Cheques should be made payable to Coolbinia West Perth Amateur Football and Sporting Club Inc and marked “not negotiable”.

BONDS

·         A bond as per the fee schedule will be applicable to all bookings

·         The bond is held against the following.

·         Damage to the building or equipment

·         Loss of keys

·         Additional cleaning other than the allocated time

·         Breach of conditions of hire

The hirer will be liable for costs for damage etc in excess of the bond deposited

Bond refunds will be made via a cheque only. A cheque will be refunded within fifteen (15) working days.

The bond can only be refunded to the person whose name the receipt was made out to.

Breaching of the conditions of hire may incur a loss of bond

Failure to clean the tables and chairs will incur a $100 cleaning fee.

Hall hire bond will be forfeited in the event of any substantial community complaints being received, in the respect of anti-social behaviour / activity attributing to patrons of the function conducted at the premises.
